A checking system at the end of whipping process. Two sensors-one in the door, the other one in the chute of TRITTICO provide the machine with all information required for a further quality control. While till now only the temperature, the consistency and the time showed to ice-cream man if the ice-cream was ready, now he has one more checking opportunity: the dampness. thus he can always be at 100% sure to offer a very high quality artisan ice-cream to his clients: creamy of dense, anyhow always dry.

TRITTICO system allows to lead the mixture up to +125℃. and go down in the whiper until-13℃.,
achieving a quality artisan ice-cream in only 9 minutes. The machine has two predetermined pasteurization cycles(+65℃. and +85℃.) with electronic inspection. |
